Volunteers Help “Clean-up Depew”

Our Annual “Clean-up Depew Day” was a huge success with the help and co-operation of 88 local volunteers.  Participants from Depew High School, the Depew Boys and Girls Club, Girl Scout Troops, employees of the Depew Fire Department, Police Department, Recreation Department, and members of the Clerk’s office and Justice Department, joined forces with residents, school children and the Village Board in picking up trash and debris from village owned properties and main thoroughfares.

Several hundred bags were filled with trash and disposed of, giving our village a clean appearance.

A special “thank you” to Tammy Roll and Rae Kuntz who chaired the annual event and to the following local businesses that helped sponsor and support this endeavor:

Tops Market, Transit at Rehm Road
